Point of Sale System - Lack of Costumer Care - Adelo POS software

Bought the product in April and in July it's still not working correctly. I have called and left endless of messages but no follow up. Furthermore they deleted my and several other unhappy customers' review on their Facebook page, so new customers cannot know about their missing customer care.
