The manufactures software was never working when they put it on the shelf. I had this product since Jan and it never worked right. Its October and it still doesn't work after 15 - 20 attempts. Customer care can't do anything and won't do anything, no refund no repair. Stay away from Avanaquest products and Softcity products, they are SCAM companies.
