I’ve never received such poor customer service before in all my 31 years

I visited KFC/KFG on Thursday 3-8-12 in Memphis Tennesse on Winchester and Ridgeway (unsure of shop variety). I’ve never received such bad customer support before in most my 31 years. First… I had been requested to put on in the audio (window-down/serving water) for all moments. After ultimately putting my purchase after I ensure it is towards the screen exactly what was requested was in one single container.

Even tho these were individual purchases plus one purchase was for my child which was likely to another area. I questioned why could u spot individual purchases in one single container. The order-taker reaction ” I didn’t create the order touch I’ll have somebody pack it individually. Oh may I include she passed me the soaking wet container of poultry with no bag… (pouring water). I expected for sweetie, she offered me a number of honey which was all stay together.

I asked to get a mgr. Once the mgr found the screen I started informing him my problem. He looked over me as though I wasnt saying something to him that issue. Then he requested nicely is there other things. I told him Im still awaiting the darling. Their reaction “all of the sweetie is caught together” my reaction ” nicely clean it off” then he responded” NO I’m not planning hey clean it off” I questioned why wouldn’t you. He explained exactly the same cause u need.

I asked for his title he lookedat herself down and up and stated my title is ROAD, RP or anything of this character. I had been so annoyed I requested for that corp office quantity he offered me the amount and strolled away after shutting the screen in my own experience. I'll never visit that area again.
