These folks aren't skilled. I attempted to put an order online and may not too I named their 800-number. I'd NOT A PROBLEM putting the purchase about the telephone and requested him to deliver mean email verification. He got down my mail.

I never received a contact that evening - no biggie - I called back and talked with somebody after 20 minutes on-hold. I created the error of informing the switchboard representative what my issue was evidently. This time around somebody got along my fax #.

3 days later - however not verification. I called again to keep in touch with another person. The switchboard representative asked me what my issue was and that I told him again. He set me on-hold for some moments - selected back-up and explained he might deliver it again via fax. I waited... No fax. Therefore once more - I called back - could talk to the exact same individual and that I questioned him if he delivered it. No. I told him I had a need to keep in touch with somebody TODAY about that and obtain these details in my experience. Then he stated that easily desired to be rude which was good. He did not need to fear with me. I told him he had poor customer support and then he explained that Poor Customer Support was for "Shitty" Clients. I expected for his title and he hung-up on me.

I still haven't obtained a verification... 5 days later.

Don't order from these folks. I'll see easily actually get my item.
