Poor Customer Service

I'm a normal costumer as of this institution situated in Manchester CT.

I put a takeout order today and chose to pay via charge card, the cashier which was assisting me out originally was really pleasant and was attempting to assist.

The issues started once she chose to search for help, once it was told her that charge cards funds failed with 2 various cards her preliminary reaction was: "What would you like me to complete if his charge card was rejected?!" I told her we used two distinct cards which it should be the device to which she chose to tell me: "Begin to See The document? It claims REJECTED".

After considering the charge card bill I recognized that certainly reported decrease but under cause it stated: "Mistake".

I described centered on exactly what the bill mentioned under cause that there has to be an issue using the device to which she replied: "I actually donot believe therefore" and "it isn't our problem two of one's charge cards were rejected".

Considering her bad perspective, insufficient customer support abilities and only simple disrespect I required to talk to the cafe manager.

After awaiting five minutes lastly the supervisor arrives and alternatively to try and recognize my poor encounter he simply mentioned "Yes we had a need to reset the credit card devices" and "Whereis your creditcard".

Therefore at that time I recognized that actually the store-manager lacked common decency and also the customer support skills necesary to handle a retail, restaurant institution.

Their perspective and cockyness was as poor or even worse compared to cashier's.

I'll NOT go back to this cafe again and certainly will make certain everybody I understand as well as my job which usually orders out of this institution aswell is aware of poor people customer support.
