Worst employer ever award goes to... - Applebee Restaurant

I worked for the store in Warner Robins, GA for one month. Within this month, I realized that the "management training store" was not up to par. The first problem for me was the fact that I told them on the application and in the meeting that I am a part time employee. However, they continuously scheduled me 7 to 8 shifts a week. Then, on Valentine's day, they had multiple servers scheduled to come in a noon, and I was scheduled a double. This was completley unnecessary due to the fact multiple other servers were given this day off! Plus, the ones scheduled in at noon were told they weren't getting a break today. I have been in management, and I know that you are suppose to give your employees a break every 4.5 hours in the state of GA. They were breaking labor laws left and right! Then, the last straw on the camels back happened the weekend after their remodel! They spent $300,000 to remodel. However, they could not replace the ancient and barely working dish washer. Saturday evening, the dish washer broke down, and the guy hand washed every dish other than the ones I did in the bar washer to help him out. The very next day, the dish washer decided that was too much work and brought the garden hose inside! He was honestly washing your plates that you eat off of with a garden hose! I was shocked and disgusted. My very next shift, I quit!
Almost forgot! The GM of this store was also highly unprofessional! The same Saturday after the remodel, she came running out of the kitchen and into the bar screaming at my partner asking about who the woman was that walked out on her bill. This woman btw received raw fish from the same GM who was expediting the food! This infuriated every guest within ear shot, and left us tipless from multiple guests that evening! We had two guests return their steaks 4 times that evening, and their wait on the re-cook of the raw fish was 45 minutes! How in the world does a General Manager allow raw fish and severly undercooked steaks to come out of her kitchen? (I called the Department of Health about the dish washer that day.)
I also have yet to receive bartender compensation. I have brought this subject up to management twice in person; and twice (once tonight) through the online scheduling they use. My next step will be to contact DOL to determine how to receive my back pay.
