Horrible Service/Attitude - Chicken Sandwich/Service

I went to Burger King #06427 located on Grayson Hwy near the Krogers shopping center. I ordered a chiken sandwich fresh out the fryer add pickles & ketchuip like I always do and like they always do, they gave me a old sandwhich, bread was soggy with oil, cheese over melted sticking to paper and chicken itself, greasy and old looking, took it to the spanish manager to show her she had a major attitude saying they don't have microwaves & she kept saying "LOOK, LOOK!" pointing in the back, then she went on ranting how I'm always conplaining ever time i come there. So i can't bring it to their attention when my food is not how I asked for it now! I have to take it how ever they give it to me. I was really shocked at her reaction when she knows they always try giving me old sandwiches when i ask them to freshly cook it. Sad thing, I keep going back, nut i think it's time to make a change!!!
