I went in to Burger King with with a reciept, where you call in you could recieve either a free whopper or original chicken sandwhich with the purcased of a fry and drink. I decided to get the original chicken sandwich when my order was brought to me, I look at it the chicken was old dry and deep dark brown it did not look good at I. I told the manager I wanted a fresh chicken sandwhic, she ask was it free the sandwhick, Isaid yes, she told me thats what they have been given out for the free one all day had something to do with it being the right temperature.in order for me to get a freshly cook chicken sandwhich, I had to order it and pay for it in order for it to be freshly cook. Your slogan have it your way is not true at all. What they showed me is what they say is true you get what you pay for, since it was free, I had to take whatever was given to me, I did not take the free sandwhich because it was not fit to be consumed, I had to pay for what I wanted. If there not going to value your special just do away with them. I have not ever had this problem with any other burger palce besides BURGER KING your people do not like keeping the customer happy and there food is not ever hot no matter what Burger King I get it from. What your company need to improve on is the temperarure of your food and crispier fries and onion rings that taste like onion rings. I got your burger double which is your double cheese burger my 6yr old said it was nasty and it did not taste good. Your company needs to improve on the temperature of its food if nothing else and constumer satificationHave it your way is the wrong slogan for your franchised.
