Repeated Account Verification Emails Asking for Account and PIN

This company (Citibank) has been emailing me three to four times in the past month saying that my account needs to be verified. I feel this is an unsafe product.

Today I received an email saying that I needed to verify my account because someone had been trying to get into my account with PIN numbers.

The email has a link to click on that asks only for your account number and PIN number, and that is all (for verification purposes).

This is clearly fraudulent, and I am going to report them to my local authorities!
