Non-delivery and no refund

After studying their site having said that they assure shipping in 2-3 months, I requested 4 packages of cigerattes. Our cash was taken from my bill on 11/9. I measured 21 business days from that day. Once the cigerattes did not appear on that day, I approached the organization. They stated, "E they ought to have already been shipped right now." I extended to hold back for my cargo. On December 21 I approached the organization to stop my purchase, and also have them return my income. They explained it'd consider 5-7 business days. I approached them on December 28, and requested where my reimbursement was. They explained they obtained lots of results simply because they could not provide to 1 state. I advised that when my cash was not returned by nowadays, that I was goning to join up a using the Web Crime Complaint Center www.IC3.org. I"m still awaiting my reimbursement.
