I don't visit Braums frequently ANYMORE since my purchase is never appropriate.

I take advantage of the drivethru.

I purchase Cookie/Bacon/Egg and push across city to function and that's after I start meal I've chicken/biscuit!

Our solution is correct - what appears to be the issue with obtaining the togo purchases proper?

That is an ongoing issue! There have been two automobiles before me and that I waited over 5 minutes for my INCORRECT purchase!
