Terrible service/attitudes

This was at Rancho Palos Verdes. Sandwich maker had a bad attitude. I asked for his name and he refused. I asked for the manger to find out he was the manager... Shocking what they will allow. So many people need work and they get these immature workers. I will never go to that location again.

I had to make a Third request... I believe enrique called me about an awful experience at pv location. He said he would send complementary coupons to replace meal, which was my request, he did not volunteer to make any compensation. I still did not receive them as of 01-30-12. It was myself and my 2 daughters who went to this location. I do not want to go back to that location. We live in San Pedro, and the service was better. Please advise. I am very disappointed with the lack of attention we are getting.
