Subway Southwest Parkway Grand Prairie Texas - Subway Service

Absolutely horrible service, I've gone to this subway a few times and each time I receive sub par unprofessional service. Normally I don't complain as I have worked in customer service for hotels and had my fair share of ridiculous complaints, but it also has alerted me to the basic standards applied when working in customer service. Today I decided not to return to this location because as I came in there were two young gentleman laughing and quoting movie lines, which doesn't bother me have fun at work. But then I was not acknowledged and when they decided to break from their banter the employee just stared at me. I awkwardly went forward with my order but then the other employee came around and they started again; whilst talking one pulled a package of roast beef from a bread pan and laughed at how gross this was. The heat had damaged the meat and the employee proceeded to show me the meat thinking it was funny. I should have left then but I didn't, as the other employee made my sandwich he forgot what I had asked for and asked me more than once what I wanted on it. Then when he rang me up he had doubled my order. When I told him I had ordered the $5 foot long of the month he laughed and changed it. And as I left I watched as they treated the man behind me in the same lackadaisical way. When I tried to eat my sandwich later the chicken tasted old almost rancid, I had to throw it away and I could think was please don't give me food poisoning. I will not spend another dollar in this store not giving up on Subway just this particular location.
