Complaint - Unhelpful hosts

My sister and I ate at the Applebees on Glendale Ave, Toledo Ohio, at approximatly 4:30 P.M. On 10-28. We had a server named Chelsea that was the absolutly worst server we have had in years. She never smiled one time, and had the worst personality ever. She never asked how our food was, never asked me to check my steak to see if it was done correcty, had to ask for drink refills. We did not like the appitizer, and just set it to the side to take, which she did, BUT, never asked why we did not eat it. We eat out 4 or 5 times a week, and in a restaurant like Applebees, we always leave at least a 20% tip. ALWAYS Not this time... We each left her 1 cent. Worst server in history. Just had to let you know. Doris Yunke
