Yucatan Taco Stand placed an ad in my clients magazine, Frisco Style, and refused to pay for the add. We took them to small claims court and won and they still refuse to pay. They avoid or e-mails and letters and hang up on us when we call.

Do not do business with these people, if they don't pay their bills what else are they not doing right.
