Frozen Custome

Upon visiting the Oakbrook location, in Summerville, SC as a eat in customer, we were surprised to find we were the only customers in line who chose to eat inside. It didn't take long to find out why. It was 7:30 pm on 05/02 and the inside temperature was frigid. I am not a cold natured person. My husband went to the front counter and asked if the temperature could be turned up that it was extremely cold. The young man who on the serving line not the register told him well its hot back here and laughed him off. Both my husband and I are in our fifties and work in the hospitality industry, and were surprised at the response. Because of this experience we will not return to this location. We ate our meal and were out the door in less than 20 minutes.
