Horrible Service

I’ve been to the LaPlata MD IHOP on 6 occasions. Each time I went, the place was understaffed and the service was below average to poor. Tonight I went and there wasn’t a hostess/host at the front for 7 minutes. The place was ¾ empty. When a hostess came, she told us we would have to wait 5-10 minutes instead of seating us at an empty table, bringing us drinks and letting us pleasantly wait for a waiter. You would make much more money with adequate and better trained staff. I will not try again at the LaPlata IHOP for another 6mo to 1 yr. Management of this restaurant is POOR!
