Ihop
Complaint - service at this restaurant

My mother, stepfather and i all went to the ihop in clarksville, tn and we waited 15 min after beeing seated just for a drink order. We were not upset even tho they were not busy, but after we ordered we waited almost an hour for our food. Our waitress named jennifer was seen talking in a corner the whole time, never apologized, She acted as if we were bothering her, I do not complain often but both my parents are diabetic and had not eaten yet. The other workers were nice and the food was great, I just feel jennifer should worry more about her customers. Thank you
