I ordered 3 pizzas for $5 bucks each, which turned out to be $5.00 more for toppings of extra cheese, onions and green peppers, and jalepenos. I received the order after one hour when told it would take 45 minutes max. Then the pizza looked over cooked and tasted very salty. The extra cheese was not extra cheese. Since it was over cooked, the cheese was flaky and my child did not want to eat it. I called and got someone on the phone who said he could not do anything about the matter. I asked for the manager, who said that the cheese used is not what you normally use and is a mix of cheddar and something else. I said it doesn't taste like what I have eaten before and I should have been told when I made the order. The mgr informed me that that is not something they share at the time they take the order. I asked that at least the cheese pizza be picked up and a refund be issued as this pie was for the children who will not eat it now. The mgr refused to refund my money and insisted on giving me another pie that I did not want now that I could not trust that I would get a good pie. He was uncooperative and still has not picked up the pie.
