Can I get earplugs with that? - service at this restaurant

Store #1530 6:05 pm July 3rd we went to our local IHOP ordering Lite & Fit BLTs. Shocked we were by the incredible bellowing of a staffer in the back kitchen area. Tall female server (not ours) came & went several times. She was so Loud that I winced as did my wife. The family across from us almost dropped their forks in mid bite at the volume. Her braying (conversing?) was so LOUD we were quite disturbed - we hurriedly finished our meal and left without any dessert. Next time could you greet guests with; "Would you like earplugs with that order?"
