Natural Foods Inc Holds your money and doesn't ship products

Placed online order and sent a check by mail. Nowhere on the form did it say we do not accept checks. Representative #67 said she did not receive check yet even though several weeks went by. Then she said she found it. She said there is a 3 week hold. That's 21 days. Checks usually clear in 3-5 days and most businesses place holds for 2 week not 3. They said they auto email when items get shipped out.

After 3 weeks I never received an email. So I called and they said the ship date has been moved out another 2 weeks. They couldn't tell me why. I said you have had my check for over 3 weeks. They said prove it.
