That I also have been scamed by Gardners Collection. The first order I sent a check that they said they never got, and was told to cancel the check. Then order by phone using my credit card. Which I did on 5-2-12. After 3 weeks, i did not receive my order. So I called them, they said they would reship it from TN. So after 3 more weeks, I still did not get the order. So I called them again. They said it would take 10 bis. Days that it was in the mail, and that I should get it any day. After another Week I called back, and they said it will take 14 days. I told them the plants would be dead by then. They tryed saying that some of them would be dormant. But some of them were seed plants like melons. That would not be dormant. I called back and they insisted it was in the mail. About another week later. I tryed calling back and I was on hold for 20 min. So then I called the BBB. At they told me to fill out a form for a claim. That they have had other complaints. They do not want to refund my money, they want to re-ship the order in the fall. And they insist that I have recieved the order which I have not. So I have sent a request back to the BBB to have them refund the money. I do not want them to ship the order again. If this is the way they are going to do bis. I will never order from them again. I will order from other Nersury's that I have had no problem's with. I hope no one else will get duped by them, like I did.
