Staff Gathered at Soda Machine and Would Not Open Drive-Thru Window

This location has the worst employees in the city. This is FAST FOOD but not at this location. They can't understand what you say or get the order right. Once I sat in line for over 5 mins just to drive up & see them all standing by the soda machine & they wouldn't open the window. Just stay clear!!!
