Papa Chocolate is the new venue this dumb dutchman is using to scam people into buying his products after sinking his company for millions.

One day he has everyone thinking he will lose his house, the next day he has duped yet another group of investors into backing his Willy the Wonka chocolate factory back into business. I mean you cheat your suppliers out of millions then file bankruptcy only to open up days after with another company.

He DID NOT lose his house. His did not lose anything except control of the company he was using as his own personal piggy bank. Bernie & the wife were ripping off the company, the suppliers and the staff to the tune of 4-5 million dollars.

In early Dec Mr I have no money shows up with a Gala Party, huge colour sign and his new venture Papa Chocolates. You have to love this crook. He claims the new name is all for his kids.
