Ihop
Too cold

I have been a customer of ihop for many years, and visit almost every friday at the New Castle Delaware location. The last two fridays have been very disappointing. The staff and shift manager is great, the food is also acceptable, but the restaurant is to damn cold. I complained to the manager and he very politely explained that he would see what he could do, but 45 minutes later when we finally left it was still too cold. This made the experience a negative one.
