Ihop - horrible experience

I went to have breakfast at Ihop in Goldsboro NC on 12/8 and it was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a restaurant in Goldsboro. I ordered my food and there was about 7 people behind me that was served before me. When my food came to the table I was so upset. The food was first of all cold, the cheese was not even melted on my omelete nor on my friends grits. We had to tell the waitress that we needed napkins, like we were going to wipe our mouths with our hands. Then we had to keep asking for refills she never asked us did we want a refill. I had the most horrific experience today. And on top of all that the food made me sick on my stomach. I have been sick every since I left.
