Bone in Wolfe chili can, got sick 3 days later

I purchased a can of Wolfe brand chili back in March to make some open face chili dogs. After heating up the chili and pouring it over the buns and hot dogs, I took a couple of bites of chili. To my surprise I bit into a bone on the second bite. Not thinking much about it, I finished one of the chili dogs.

About 3 days after, I got sick and went to the local doctor. I contacted ConAgra Foods and they wanted numbers off of the can, pictures of the bone and pictures of the can. I sent all of this to them and was told someone would contact me to settle this. To date I have heard nothing and have contacted them several times since then.

Damage resulting: doctor bills, lost time from work, not being able to be around or smell chili. I start gagging and throwing up.
