Sunday crew DOES NOT know how to make beef enchilada

I have brought home a beef enchilada on three different occasions. They have NEVER put chilli on it, sometimes it is rock hard (can't eat) or they forget other ingredients. This has happened more then once - about four times on various Sunday evening between 6:00 P.M. And 8:00 P.M. After you get the food home you don't want to be running back and forth because they are so incompetent. And, as you know, they are not cheap to end up in the trash can. Just what do the emplyees have on their minds because it is not making your food right.

I may just take my business to Taco Bell. They NEVER mess up my order EVER and are a whole lot cheaper.
