Only one of two pen cams received, no refund yet

Pen Cam - purchased 2 pen cams on 1/9 via a Groupon voucher. Only 1 Pen Cam received. Contacted Groupon who advised me to contact Chilli Technology who were the supplier. No reply received from Chilli Technology. Contacted Groupon and asked for a refund. Was advised that a refund had been requested but have heard nothing since. Pen Cam cost was £14.99 plus £3.50 delivery.
