Over price service and non professional

Came in store man was out smoking, it took 5min just for him to come in to help me. He was dressed in flip flops and shorts along with shell shirt. All other employees were dressed professional, and in uniform. This man was rude and acted as if he could not understand me then pro ceded to try to sell me a small can of chilli for 8.90. Which i went to next exit at another gas station and bought same can for 1.24. When i asked the other cashier about the man he said (what can you expect he's the owners cousin) and proceeding to tell me how all of their hours got cut so he could get 60 hours a week and he could bardly pay his bills now. I was so hurt over this. And even as i was talk the other went back outside sat on a post and talked on his phone. Something needs to be done this was a horible experience for me never in my life will i go to this station again.
