Store Manager Yells at Employee and Makes Her Clean Mess Alone

I am an employee of McDonalds in Ravenswood, West Virginia. I have a complaint about the store manager Sandy West. I will go in as a non working person to get my check and she will literally throw my check at me. I will go in to work and all I hear is yelling usually at me. I am sure that when I am a customer at the store I work for it isn't right when my store manager yells at me as I am a paying customer. Also, I would like to complain that she takes no responsibility for her mistakes and actions... Why... I had to clean up a very big mess to the Frappe machine, I was working the front counter when Sandy tells one of the other managers not to worry about it that I can handle this problem... It took me 55 minutes to clean a sopping mess up that she made because she didn't want to dirty her clothing, so she makes me clean it up with no help and when I asked her if I could clean up she looked at me and sighed an angry sigh and said I supposed we don't want you stinkin up our restaurant now do we. When we go into a restaurant aren't we supposed to be met and greeted with a smile? We are not, usually I am greeted with a glare or a look that says Oh she is back yay... Or what are you doing here... That is the way I feel everytime I come into work or just go into that restaurant. She is rude to me but treats everyone else nicely and I am sick and tired of being treated like a piece of dirt on someones shoes.
