About ten days ago my husband and I drove through the drive[through window at McDonalds in Dobson nc. We gave the lady at the windowq a $20 bill. She gave us change for a $10 bill. We asked for the rest of our change and her comment was "I only punched in $10. We knew we gave her a $20, but she would never acknowledge that we might be right; only that she p0unched in a $10. She asked us to move on. We went inside to see manager, who only said that after a drawer check, the employee did not come up short. We are not saying the drawer came up short, but there are ways to switch money and still have the drawer come up right, We called McDonalds customer service and reported that manager was very rude and asked us to leave the restaurant - that she had a business to run. We gave our e-mail address and assumed we would hear back from McDonalds. They did inform us that they could replay the video as another way to check. Why have we not heard from our complaint?
