Nasty store, roaches, ants, no telling what else! They did not clean the deli area, because of the pests

I eat at heb sometimes because they have a deli section and where you can sit down and eat. I went there on 08/06 and sat down to eat. When i sat down, a big cockroach ran across my foot. I complained to a lady working there, and she said that she would let the manager know about this. Well i have complaines to a manager before, i have complained twice on their online complaint form, and nothing has been done about this. Each time i complain, they say "we will take care of it" and they probably do, right into the garbage can. I was told that the people that work in the deli section are supposed to keep the area clean. The only time i have seen it cleaned is when i first go in the store about 5 am. Of course it is going to be clean then. But what about the rest of the day.
