Harassing the disabled

I was at the Mac Donalds in Hilo Hawaii, on Ululani, and Haili street, for breakfast Wed. Feb. 25; at about 10:30, or 11 Am.

I am disabled, and have a certified service dog, I have a perscription for him.
I was harrassed again by the managment.
It is an ongoing thing, no matter how many times I show the ID for my service dog, somebody else wants to see it.
I feel so offended, It seems like they are saying I'm not disabled enough for to make them happy, but I have a degenerative condition, and alot of pain.

According to Federal Law, I don't even have to show the Service Dog ID once.
That's what it say's on the back of the Service Dog ID!

So yesterday, I asked the store manager, Owen Nakamo to assure me that when I showed him my ID card, IT WOULD BE THE LAST TIME I WAS HARRASED IN HIS STORE.
He told me he could not guarantee that.

So I told him I would not show it to him unless he agreed to abide by the FEDERAL LAW, and NEVER ALLOW ANY OF HIS EMPLOYEES TO HARASS ME AGAIN!

Again he refused.

The police were called, I was having a morning with my daughter, I waited for awhile, but left before they came.

While I was explaining to Owen Nakamo the store manager, that I was not running, and he was welcome to give the police my description, as I would be in town all day.

He started swinging his arms around in my personal body space, and knocked my cofee into my chest.
I have a coffee stain on my shirt.
If he had spilled enough to burn me, you would be getting this letter from an attorney.

You still might.

I will cut and past this, and be blogging this everywhere I can until I am satisfied the problem is cured.

I will try to get it in the newspaper.
I will be looking for advocates.
I will want an apology, from Owen Nakamo.
