Poorest Service from Jing Tian Store

I have been ordering delivery service from McDonalds. They have delivered many times to my home in Bao Shui Qu.

Two times this store called Jing Tian has refused to deliver to my home.

The 1st time I complained enough they finally delivered.

The 2nd time they completely refused to deliver.

The managers of this store need to enforce the delivery employees and store employees work ethics and customer satisfaction mindset.

The Manager is Cao Chun Hao, the person I spoke to directly at the store would give his English name only, Richard.

They did not care if I got my order or not.
