I used to go to Mcdonalds in Newington CT on the Berlin Turnpike daily on my way to work.in December I went thru and I was watching that I got a straw because the day before I did not, I did not realize until a mile later that I did not get my change. The bill was for $3.70, i paid with a $20.00. I went back later in the day and the next day, both days told that they could not help me the wrong manager was on. I called the customer service line a few times. I have recieved 2 calls from Wayne, a supervisor, with no results, than I called customer service again, recieved a call from Tyrone who wanted me to come in and meet with him and talk about it. I explained no I don't have time for that, once again please mail me a gift card with $16.30, he took my address, no results. I called the strore this week and spoke with Carlos the manager who wanted me to come to the store for a free meal, I said no I only come in when I am on my way to work I am a busy person and cannot "stop by". I than got a voice mail from another "manager" Andrea who wants me to call and talk, to resolve the matter. I have called twice and have not been able to speak with her. I do not think that asking for your change is to much to ask for. I have vowed never to drive thru that Mcdonalds again. If I did my job the way they do I would have been fired long ago!!!
