Manager price review - happy meal

I Have tried to contact Mcdonalds on several occasionsI ordered my son and daughter some happy meals for there class. The Manager took my order over the phone quoted me a price for both classes when I got there he said he thru the happy meals away and refused to talk to me the other manager tried to make him talk to me and he wouldnt he was acting real strange and said I couldnt reorder. Finally the other manager told me she couldnt stop me from ordering and took my order she said she couldnt over ride him or she would get fired so I had to pay full price. Im still waiting to here from them. Everytime we go into that Mcdonalds the manger still runs to the back. I nned my money back or my other order somone please tell me how I need to talk toooo. I have him on video.
