Poor quality - Quarter Pounder/cheese

I went to the McDonalds in Vanport Pa on Thursday August 5th. My Fiance and I orfered our food which took along time to get even thought they were not busy at the time. I ordered the double quarter pound meal. We sat down to wat and after three bites I realized my sandwhich was red and cold in the middle. I went ti the counter to tell them. Finally after five minutes someone noticed me and came over I told her the problem, she took it from me and went and told the cook to make another and make sure it was cooked. After i received the second sandwhich, I took one bite and was sick to my stomach because of the raw meat. I took the sandwhich back to the counter and told the same woman that i could not eat. She took it from me and said "Oh, Okay." I left there physically ill and completely dissatisfied. I ask where was the quality control and customer service? To make sure that I was satisfied.
