Long Wait and Ice filled drinks

After I picked up my son and daughter from their fathers I had to feed them. My ex did not bother to feed them again.

We went to your Pizza Hut location and we have to wait in line, despite being a registered nurse and having two hungry children with me. I make twice as much money as these people combined. When I informed the person seating the partons that I am a registered nurse and make three times as much as her manager she told me that I still had to wait in line with all the other common people.

When it was my turn to sit I ordered a pizza, and soft drinks for myself and my two children. It took 20 minutes before our pizza arrived. At this point I was getting impatient. Sure they had other pizza's to cook, however my children were starving. Our soft drinks had six sips each and we had to ask for refills. Luckily they were free.

We had three slices left over I asked them to wrap the pizza slices up. They said they would be back in a minute with my bill. I waited three minutes before deciding to leave the restaurant since they still had not bought the bill or the leftover pizza. I guess they did not want their money.

On the way out my son told me that not paying the bill was like stealing. I told him to keep out of this and slapped him for being so rude. I told him that if the wanted me to pay for the food they would have bought the bill to me sooner.

I think that for this horrible treatment that as a good measure of customer service I should be given a discount on the ICE FILLED drinks and a coupon for a free pizza. I am a registered nurse, money is not the issue here, however I feel that I should be getting better service than this.
