Papa Johns Pizza in Apopka, FL 32703
Extremely Slow Service

I ordered two pizza's from Papa Johns they told me it would talk 30 to 35 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. They had the correct address and cell phone number. After 50 minutes passed I called and they were rude because they said that they had a customer holding. I explained my 50 minute wait and they said the pizza should be there in just a few minutes. I called back when we had been waiting 1 hour and 16 minutes the manager I spoke with was Bob Cancle. He said the pizza was on it's way and if after it arrived we wanted to call back he might give me a credit for the next time I ordered Pizza from them, he also said he might give me a credit. At what point did he not understand that I was lied to!!! The pizza took 2 times longer to get delivered andwas not the hot fresh out of the oven taste is I was expecting; no it was barely warm and soggy pizza. If they had of told the truth from the start I would have picked it up myself!!!
