Too much ice, drive thru - ice tea

Quit putting so much ice in the ice tea!!!
Several times now, i have gone thru the drive thru at the troutville, va. Location, 540-992-5540... I say "light ice" very plainly, i ask the person at the window as he hands it to me, this is "light ice, right"? He says "yes"... Get to work, full of ice... I called the manager..."it's because of the new machine". This has happened several times over a couple months... Went inside this past time and complained again, and got the same excuse from the manager and now she also says, "it depends on who is working the window"... This has been a lame excuse for the last several months... Fix the $#%$% machine or get rid of the person at the window!!! I should not have to go inside to get my tea... Phil brammer
