Bad Manage

Went through drive-thru and placed an order with coffee. Get to the window and the person at the window takes my money. Then hands me my coffee with the lid barely on it. The whole coffee spills on my hand and lower arm. The ladt at the window says i squeezed it! Who squeezes hot coffee? So i called the manager from work. Found out the lady that spilled the coffee on me WAS the manager! She said she didn't know what i was talking about and hung up on me. Here i sit in pain not knowing what else to do but type out this complaint so consumers will know.
