Ripoff unfair tipping policy

My friend and I ate at Juniors Restaurant the other night. When we received the bill we thought the amount a bit high, but handed over a credit card to pay.

When the credit card receipt was returned to us for signature, we noticed that a 20% gratuity was tacked on to the bill (which is why the bill seemed a bit high to us). When I asked the waiter about this, he said this was Junior's new policy. I told him there is nothing on the menu or table indicating this new policy (other than the gratuities being added to parties of 6 or more), and he said there was a sign in the front of the restaurant. I looked around and saw no sign. We paid, leaving nothing extra and left.

I suggest that if you frequent Juniors restaurant, look carefully at your bill. And if this practice doesn't change, take your business else where. I know I will not be returning to Juniors until this unfair gratuity practice changes.
