Ripoff beware of price of the buffet and gratuity policy

I visited this restaurant today. Before I visited I called them to find out how much the buffet is. The person on the phone said 21.99. So after our meal when the bill came I was surprised to see $65 for two people. I asked the waitress how much it is for one person and she she it's 25.99. I told her when I phoned they said it's 21.99. Of course it was useless arguing with the waitress since I had not recorded my phone conversation. They had also charged $2 bucks for a coke as well.in addition to all that they had put on the service (gratuity). They had not mentioned that anywhere visible. I know it's customery for these places to add a service charge for parties of 6, but we were only 2. I paid the bill but told myself will never return to this place again.
