Employees forced to eat at the restaurant on unpaid lunch breaks

I would like to know how you can force your employees to eat only at your restaurant even though you don't pay them for lunch break? Not only is this wrong it is also illegal. Many of your employees not only need your minimum wage but can't afford to buy your lunch so they feel they have to go by these ridiculous rules. Is this America or Russia? I will contact all agencies possible to stop this including government and legal attorneys. This is sad. Take advantage of the misfortunate. Have you ever stopped to think may be not everyone likes your food yes including some of your employees that has no choice but to eat your food to keep a job.
