Charged more than amount on receipt

I ordered take out for my pregnant wife. She wanted shrimp enchiladas with the beans and rice. The bill was $13.80. When the charge hit my bank account they decided to add a couple of bucks. I had my receipt and went back to inquire what happened? I thought they would say it was a simple mistake and they would correct it, no problem.instead I was met with attitude and Steve the owner said I left a gratuity on the slip I signed for my take out. The fact that my wife was disappointed with the shrimp dish that had two shrimp total was compounded by the bold straight face lie Steve told me. I could have work with Steve but the lie was a crossing point.
