Ess a Bagel on Third Avenue, New York, NY: Outrageous verbal threats by employee

What should've been a very simple order led to outrageous verbal threats by a man working behind the counter. The employee mentioned here is one who frequently makes lewd, unwanted comments to female customers. It turns out he's more than just a pervert. I asked him if I could get a toasted whole wheat bagel with cream cheese. Before I could tell him the second order, he ran off to get the bagel toasted. When he came back, I told him the second bagel order. He immediately snapped at me, saying, "I'm going to cut your head off!" No exaggeration here. He questioned why I didn't place both toasted bagel orders first, and then later mention the spreads. Like the Soup Nazi, there is no sign that states exactly how one should order food. When I explained that in a respectful tone, he told me to keep my mouth shut and proceeded to verbally abuse me. His actions were outrageous and out of control. Many employees just put up with his comments because they like the bagels. But if Ess a Bagel has any respect for their customers, they would get rid of this employee.
