Upsized Meal Only Upsizes the Drink, Used Toys Given in Happy Meals

Unfortunately due to my kids i am a regular consumer of Mc Ds my complaint is this: In Pakistan there is an offer that with a mere 20Rs you can upsize the meal and guess wat the only thing upsized is the drink the quantity of the fries is the same only in a larger pocket. This is pathetic isn't there any control center where we can at least launch a formal complaint??? In addition to that the franchises in Lahore Pakistan do NOT have their toys upgraded they insist on giving out toys that have been returned for some reason or the other when u buy a happy meal at the Drive thru... We may be a third world country but we pay for the services equally and hence deserve the same treatment maybe we should start suing them now!!! Who's responsibility is it to ensure TQM?
