Three Monday mornings in a row. Ordered bagle toasted and butter. Got cream cheese even after repeating myself 3 times. Elder gentlemen behind counter doesnt understand english to take orders correctly. THREE ladies orders all wrong on Monday 7-23. Take it or leave it attatude. My order, toasted bagel with egg. Got toasted bagel with cream cheese! Spoke to George and he took it offensively.instead of apologizing as he should, he said I thru it at him and better not do it again or elyse. Had a Chicago cop been there, he would have been arrested for threating the customer. I expect a letter of apology.
