Happy Meal Toys - Happy Meal Toy Promotion

My granddaughter and I have been trying to obtain promotional Chipmunk/Chipettes toys that are supposed to be offered with the purchase of a Happy Meal x 6 weeks. We have gone to 4 different locations and have been given the run around each time and have not been able to get the promised toy. This is poor customer service not to mention a very disappointed little girl week after week. Shame on McDonalds!!
